Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at mianahadqureshi92@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Certain items, including sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label where applicable. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process it.
